All things are possible for Bella thanks to the Cochlear™ Baha® 5 Implant System
Bella was born with Microtia and Atresia, meaning that she was born without a fully developed right ear. Because of Microtia and Atresia, Bella couldn’t hear out of her right ear and suffers from conductive hearing loss. Her parents decided in order for Bella to excel at school, sports, and socially she needed to have full access to sound, that’s when they decided on the Baha® 5 Bone Conduction Implant System.
Thanks to the Baha 5, Bella went from being an average student in school to excelling. She can play softball, ride bikes, and live an active, normal childhood. One of Bella’s favorite things about her Baha 5 sound processor is that she can stream her favorite songs, shows from Netflix with her friends.
