Featuring an all-in-one design, the Nucleus® Kanso 2 is a waterproof# button-type off the ear processor that incorporates a rechargeable battery.
Presentation of the Nucleus Kanso 2
The Nucleus Kanso 2's SmartSound iQ technology with SCAN function analyses the sound environment and automatically adapts the settings to the situation, whether in noise, in quiet or during a conversation.
With the Nucleus Kanso 2, you can also hear audio directly from your smartphone* or use wireless assistive listening accessories.
It switches on automatically as soon as it is positioned on your head, and can be controlled by lightly tapping its surface.
Finally, the Nucleus Smart** application allows you to control your processor from a smartphone, as well as accessing remote support options.

SmartSound iQ technology with SCAN function dynamically adjusts and balances surrounding sound levels.
Cochlear True Wireless™ devices
The True Wireless™ range offers three devices compatible with Nucleus Kanso 2 processor: a remote microphone, a hands-free kit and a TV audio transmitter.
ForwardFocus
Feature that reduces sounds coming from behind the processor and emphasizes those coming from the front. Can be activated from the Nucleus Smart application.
Smartphone connectivity
The compatibility of the Nucleus Kanso 2 with certain Android and Apple devices gives access to several features.

The Kanso 2 Sound Processor with Aqua+ is dust and water resistant to level of IP68 of the International Standard IEC60529 and can be continuously submerged under water to a depth of up to 3 metres for up to 2 hours.
