About Melissa
Prior to joining Cochlear in 2021 as a Recipient Solutions Manager, Melissa worked as a pediatric and adult Cochlear Implant Audiologist at a large multi-center ENT practice. Melissa earned her Bachelor of Arts Degrees in both Communications and Biomedical Humanities from Hiram College in Hiram, Ohio in 2009 and earned her Doctorate of Audiology from Syracuse University in 2012. She holds licensure with the North Carolina Board of Examiners for Speech and Language Pathologists and Audiologists. Charlotte, North Carolina is home for Melissa and her family.
About Brayden
Brayden has been an Upgrade Solutions Specialist since December of 2023 and has been a bilateral cochlear implant recipient for most of his life. He came to Cochlear with a background in Industrial Engineering from Iowa State University. He has extensive technical knowledge about Cochlear’s sound processors and what it takes to assist recipients through the upgrade process. Brayden is very outdoorsy and loves to spend his free time in the wonderful mountains of Colorado.
