Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) – End of year (“Offer”)

1. 20% discount (“Offer”) valid on selected items beginning 09:00 (BST) Friday, 1 December 2023 to 23:59 (BST) Monday, 11 December 2023 (“Offer Period”) at https://www.cochlear.com/uk/en/shop and https://www.cochlear.com/ie/en/shop. 

2. Offer only available to registered Cochlear™ Nucleus® and/or Cochlear Baha® and/or Cochlear™ Osia® implant recipients residing in the United Kingdom or Ireland who are registered as a myCochlear™ account holder and who are also registered to the Cochlear Family programme. 

3. Offer will be applied automatically at check out and will be deducted upon return of any item to which the discount was applied. 

4. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. Only one Offer can be applied to any order and cannot be reused.

5. Offer cannot be backdated on previous orders and is not available on delivery charges.

6. The Offer has no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. In addition, it is not transferable or assignable.

7. Offer limited to a maximum of 20 items per client and/or until stocks last.

8. During the Offer Period orders may take an extra 3-4 days to dispatch on top of normal dispatch times.

9. The promoter of this Offer is Cochlear Europe Limited. To the extent permitted by law, we reserve the right to change these Terms at any time, including the discontinuance of the Offer. Changes will be available on the online store.

10. These Terms are to be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom and Ireland.
