Irene suffered hearing loss from an ear infection in 2010. She tried hearing aids, but Irene says they "didn't work" well enough for her.
Her hearing loss affected her career as a primary school teacher. However, after being fitted with a Baha® 5 system, Irene has noticed a considerable improvement in her work life.
She says she can now hear her students more clearly in the classroom, which has restored her confidence.
