There are two ways to identify your sound processor

1. Your Cochlear account
You can log in to your Cochlear account to identify your sound processor.

2. By serial number
If you don't have a Cochlear account, you can identify your processor by your device's serial number.
Step one: Locate the serial number:
- Nucleus® Sound Processors have the serial number inside the curved piece that goes on your ear
- Kanso® Sound Processors have the serial number printed underneath the battery cover on the backside of the sound processor
- Osia® Sound Processors have the serial number underneath the cover of the sound processor
- Baha® Sound Processors have the serial number on the back of the sound processor (the side closest to the head)
- On older devices, the serial number is typically found in the battery compartment
