3. This 20% off discount is valid from February 22, 2023, 9:00am MDT and ends on March 13, 2024, at 11:59pm MDT.

4. Offer will only be valid on select items, and the discount will be reflected on the price shown. Exclusions include sound processors. Discount will be deducted from any return to which it was applied.

5.To be eligible for the price as marked discount during the promotion period for purchase(s) on Cochlear Store, you must: 

• a. Be a member of the Cochlear Family with a valid Cochlear Store account.
• b. Be a registered Cochlear™ Nucleus® Sound Processor, Cochlear Baha® Sound Processor, Cochlear Osia® Sound Processor recipient, or their carer residing in the Canada with a valid Cochlear Store account.
• c. Complete purchase(s) of up to a maximum of 20 eligible items in the Cochlear Store during the promotion period.

6.  Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotional offer.

7. Promotion has no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. In addition, it is not transferable or assignable.

8. Cochlear Family members receive free shipping on Canadian orders over $75 CAD after promotions and discounts are applied, where ground shipping is available and shipped to single Canadian address.

9. This promotion does not guarantee availability of desired product. Promotion may only be used for qualifying products in stock at time of purchase and subject to Cochlear's discretion.
