Kaci Koala system order redemption

The new Kaci Koala plush toys are a replacement for the Vibe plush toy missing from a pediatric system order. We are only able to provide redemptions of the new Kaci Koala plush toy for pediatric recipients with a verified order after a plush toy was no longer available. We are unable to provide the redemption code to non-eligible recipients, caregivers, or professionals.

If eligible, add Kaci Koala (MUF365) to shopping cart and enter the redemption code provided on the insert included in your system order before proceeding to checkout. 

Redemptions of Kaci Koala plush toys are limited to 1 per recipient. Redemption code will expire on October 31, 2022. This redemption will also include free shipping where ground shipping is available and when shipped to single U.S. or Canadian address. Note that Kaci Koala will not ship immediately but will send as soon as they’re available.

If a recipient was already provided a plush toy in their system order, they may purchase a new Kaci Koala through the online Cochlear Store or call customer service to place an order at the listed self-pay price.
