The optional Cochlear™ Hybrid™ Ear Lock can help secure smaller Cochlear Hybrid Receivers in the user's ear.

- Soft retention locks are placed over the receiver to hold it in place.
- Two types of Ear Locks are available for use with Types 60 and 85 Hybrid Receivers.
